Greetings.

It's been quite a while since I've been active in the BlackHatWorldZ.
It's this guy again, the one who doesn't post for years then pops and start giving us tips & suggestions, yes, it is I.

Anywho I've been quite busy.
Learning the YouTubeZ, watching how all the SEO plugins fade away, I remember paying for quite a few of those, LiFeTiMe too! (Were they actually lifetime? What do you think)
Watching how the GooGleZ stops giving a flying f--k about original content - wait what? I guess we'll be testing this statement in this post.
Maybe I've been on the InternetS for too long, honestly, maybe it's finally time to give it a real go - can't beat em'? Join em'.

Active/Inactive, I've been studying for YEARS, I've been posting on youtube since 2006 and I have a SINGLE channel that actually works - the niche is faceless gaming - who the f*ck thought? my guy is playing games for living.
I've been editing my gameplay since day one, but today? by forwarding my knowledge to an agent he can do everything that I would do.
The time invested on this channel though? Probably unrealistic for most of you (us), not only that with video games getting more and more advanced the hardware required to post decent videos is, lets say, unobtainable.
Do you have a gaming channel? How's it going? did you read my AV1 thread to boost your video quality? anywho I'd love to learn.

Yes, Looking at my background, I've been running view-bot farms for years (I still do! it works!)
GRR! ANGRYFACE! VIEWBOTTER POST!

This post is different, I am going to try and make a new youtube account - no outside help, NO view-bot farms. (I am not opposed to using viewbot farms, that shit works.)
100% Authentic, Will it work? I don't know.

My agents do all the work, wake up at 5am local time, scout short ideas and then execute them, I wake up, go through this list and choose which videos I want on the channel.
The agents find ideas, rip videos, images, do TTS, edit the video, make a few thumbnail variations - I review, publish.
Nothing more, nothing less.

We will work off this image - those are the first couple of hours.
Updates every ~24 hrs.
Any predictions? questions? feel free.

I will not answer any questions regarding view-bots or black hat growth methods on this thread, have questions? feel free to dm but don't expect an answer.

Dead? Alive? I believe that the first few hours are the most important for your channel, it defines it.
Fresh account is like a clean slate, you MUST give the algorithm proper information about your channels direction otherwise you'll just confuse it and "brick" your account.

Your video didn't get any views within 24 hours of posting and you thought of deleting it?

Might want to think again, NOTHING changed. The videos haven't been altered in any way.

Why did youtube suddenly push my AI videos? Obviously some kind of test, did the channel pass? I guess we will find out.

Good luck bro.
What is the cost for 1 video?

I've been running view-bot farms for years
Are you still using it to get monetized? Have you tried it on a new channel with short videos to get YouTube to recommend them? Could you tell me more about your experience with view bot farms?

Thank you for the support.

The cost of the final product is pennies, single digit - the expensive part is training the agents on how to deliver the finished product, building the pipeline.
Once you are content with your skill for one channel, you can start branching it out to different niches and adjust accordingly if needed.
They are still in training, of course, there's always room for improvement.

Since the farm is my own farm, the accounts are warmed up for my niches - I know the history of those accounts, all physical.

I wouldn't buy fake subs unless you are a clipping account that uploads on the first hour of an event and turn off "notify to subs and publish to timeline" on every single post. If you have the subscribers but lack watch hours, go for it.

Research your SMM if you plan on using one for your videos, speak with the owners if you are serious enough and figure out where those views are actually coming from, don't be shy - some smms might be worth it.

Small update, current views -

Looks like the same pattern repeats itself, some of the videos that weren't pulling many views suddenly got another big push

Beautiful test waves if you ask me.

Where I can learn about video creation process ?
AI specifically? trial and error.
If you want to learn editing on your own I'd suggest davinci resolve, there are plenty of guides on youtube for everything you need.
Capcut might be easier, haven't tried it myself though.

Those are some sweet looking charts lol. Following

It's been quiet for a while, but we are back on track.
Not sure if YT pushing a batch of videos every two days is a thing but seems to be a pattern so far.

The volume of the videos posted per day is lower during the weekdays but will ramp up towards the end of the weekend / beginning of the week so the information we gather then will hopefully be more interesting.
Usually the shorts stop getting pushed to the feed at ~1-2k views but they keep getting views from search, most of them don't die although some do.

So far the channel got 25 subs, 1 sub per ~3k views which is not too bad - I've analyzed my competitors and they average at ~5k views per sub so we are on the right track.

how long are the videos and what is your cost of producing them ?

Have you noticed any pattern in the Shorts that keep getting search traffic after the feed push slows down? For example, do they target more specific topics or keywords than the ones that die off? That could help separate the initial Shorts test from the videos that have longer-term search value.

have you ever faced view jail, everytime i try to do something on yt shorts it gets stuck at 10,100,500 views despite good engagement

Hello everyone, hope everyone had a great weekend!
I've been having some good family time so I've only posted two shorts per day in the past few days, relying on the agents morning scan alone.

Those are the current stats, been getting slightly less than 10k views per day this past weekend, not too bad if you ask me.

-------------------
So.. during the weekend I got the itch and and ordered a couple of intel arc B60's
Once they arrive I'll hook them up to the current machine and offload the part that is the most expensive and/or bottlenecks to run locally - mostly stuff like analyzing multiple frames per second and running QA before posting.

After I play with them for a bit I'll give an update on how they actually impact the workflow including costs.

This channel is mostly shorts.
The cost of production is a few cents per video, it varies. Sources are saved with context and are being reused for longer videos/shorts, once there's enough content on a certain topic to form a long video (4-8 min) most of the work is already done.
If I had to average, probably around 10-15 cents a pop including revisions.

It's too early to tell but from what I can see right now the shorts that keep getting search traffic are shorts that have 100% AVD or higher and lean more towards evergreen content than "news" / recent events.
Ask yourself, would this short be relevant in 6 months? If the answer is yes and the AVD is 100% or higher then most likely that particular short will keep racking up views from search.

Sure, I wouldn't call it view jail but mostly happens with content that is relevant only for a short period of time / has a lot of coverage by bigger channels or is so hot that content around that topic is being posted at a rapid pace.
I don't know the niche of your channel so it's hard to pinpoint the culprit but I strongly believe if your content is good enough it will get the views it deserves eventually.
Might want to be consistent with the upload times and not post too many shorts in a short period of time as they will cannibalize each other.

Good luck, you are going good.

Fan pages, edits, clippers ik many people do it but why some pages get decent views from the start and some never even pushed like stuck at 100-200 views. The content is not the problem here since there is not much value added

Some people I've seen they make multiple pages and are getting good views consistently, there's something more to it than the content. Is it account warm up, clean IP address or idk

Can i make different youtube channel with different chrome profile from same ip. is it affected others channels ?

is it true any voilation of one production can causes the full channel fall.

write a newbie friendly guideline where to start and how. Thanks

On a fresh channel I saw the same test-wave pattern, and the videos that got a second push were the ones with strong retention in the first hours, so I'd compare average view duration between the pushed and flat ones.

That's cool - really interesting. Good luck and I'll be following your progress
