So, this one is crazy. I told him that I don’t provide services in his area, but he still posted a review claiming that I didn’t answer his phone calls. He also spoke to me in a very angry way. Seriously, this guy has completely ruined my day. So, how can I remove this psycho’s review from my GMB?

Report the review from your GBP dashboard "off topic" or "conflict of interest". If Google rejects it, appeal through the Reviews Management Tool with proof, like call logs and screenshots showing hes outside your service area. Meanwhile, post a polite public reply and get some real customer reviews to get rid off it.
