Im running ads, im impersonating a healthcare company. If I make pages similar to its name, it gets banned. My question is how do I drive traffic to the website(copy of the original) without getting banned on meta.

Even if you just create a page with a name that's very similar, it will still get blocked immediately? Generally, unless your page gets reported, it will be fine.

Okay. What about the ad creatives? Does the branding on it matter or do I still have to be careful?

It is better to avoid including it in the creatives. You can place the brand name in the primary text or headline (using a tool to change the font style prevents Facebook's systems from detecting the brand name).

How are you running ads?? If there any specific criteria or something ?

I mean , we can get a fb account , but will that account work to run ads?

So what should I avoid mostly?

You should avoid directly using their brand names and product names associated with copyright protections; doing so makes your ads prone to restrictions and your account liable to suspension—and these rules are even stricter within the health sector.

To attract attention, you should post content that differs from your main account; however, avoid copying everything directly. Instead, utilize content tools and create new material that is free from copyright issues.

Note that you will be banned if caught impersonating a brand; instead, you should create pages that closely resemble the original but feature a few key differences, while using paid advertising if you want to drive traffic as quickly as possible.

meta is definitely tagging it as spam bcz of how it is structured rather than bcz of ur incorrect traffic strategy. do not even think about trying to hide ur duplicated site nd do not even think about duplicating pages again nd again. create an ad campaign nd a landding page using ur brand name nd domain if u have something legitimate to offer.

man u are being automatically marked because impersonation is what triggers the bots that automatically protect their brands. you will needed a clean bridging page and a cloaker to show safe information to meta reviewers while ur landing pages get real traffic.

There's nothing you can really do to get around a 100% copy of another brands site. Like some others have suggested, I would closely resemble your website to the brand page. You can make a simple splash page that's main purpose is just to pass the visitor to the money page/brand page. Just use a button like 'Click for Special Discount' above to fold just to get them to click through. Make your page as frictionless as possible.

You should also fill out your profile completely, as it will make things easier for you if your post happens to be banned and you need to contact Facebook to request a review. A detailed profile will speed up Facebook’s review process.
