I was thinking that being active on the service was most important before but I am considering changing my focus to quality of interaction now.
What do you consider important?
My approach would be to focus less on activity and more on adding something useful to the conversation. Quality tends to matter more than simply being active.
I don’t think you need to be everywhere all the time. For me, the biggest priority now is interacting with people whose ideas I genuinely find interesting and contributing something that makes the conversation better.
I’ve shifted more toward quality this year, Just being active all the time doesn’t push posts like it used to, so now I focus on fewer but better replies and posts that actually get people talking. Seems to hold attention longer.
I’d rather have 5 interactions where people remember you than 30 generic ones. That also tends to make communities feel more organic instead of just looking active on paper.
i think active help but posting all the time not really the goal for me if the replies and posts actually add something useful people are more likely to notice and keep engaging with you
It’s shifted a bit.. Posting a lot used to feel like the main thing, but now the accountss that actually grow and keep people around are the ones that reply thoughtfully and start real conversations instead of just broadcasting.
