Lately I’ve been running into a frustrating issue with fresh Google Ads accounts. Even when I set everything up properly, the accounts seem to get flagged really fast. I’ve tried keeping all business details consistent, using normal billing methods, and starting slowly instead of launching campaigns immediately, but it still feels harder than before.

Maybe it’s just me, but it definitely feels stricter than it used to be. I’d really like to hear how others here are approaching new accounts lately or if you’ve found anything that helps the process go smoother.

Starting slow helps but even that isn't enough sometimes. I've had better luck letting new accounts sit for a few days with just billing added before running any campaigns. Also using aged accounts when possible avoids most of these issues.
so fresh account is based on luck

What exactly is the ban, when does it happen after launch, and is there any verification?

I haven’t always been prompted for verification, which is why it’s been a bit confusing.

So you launch the ads first and only then go through the verification?

In my case the ads usually go live first, and the issue happens shortly after that. I haven’t consistently seen a verification step before the suspension, which is why I’m trying to understand the sequence better.

Look at when it first started happening. Check if anything was changed around that time. Then test using the method of elimination.
But you need more input data to understand the situation better.

Thanks i will try it

Personally, we first complete the verification, and only after that do we create the campaign and start scaling the budget.

You need to find a way to lift that ban; once that’s done, your campaign will run reliably over the long term

Yes google does seem stricter with fresh accounts lately so i would recommend focus on consistent business details or proper billing or policy-compliant landing pages and clean tracking from the very start.

Banned during warmup or on direct use?

Yes, New accounts usually need more trust signals and keep business details consistent, use a proper website and follow Google Ads policies also avoid making too many changes early on.

Yes, new accounts can be more sensitive to setup and verification signals so just keeping everything consistent and building account history gradually.

Yes, fresh accounts can get extra checks even when the setup looks normal and keeping the business details and billing information consistent is a good place to start.

One thing I think people overlook is consistency over time. It’s not really about having a unique fingerprint when you create the profile.

If the profile looks like a completely different machine every time you log in, that can look worse than just having a normal, consistent setup. Same timezone, language, screen settings, IP region, etc. If those keep changing between sessions, it can raise more flags even if none of the individual values look strange.

The IP matters too. In my experience, a residential IP that actually matches the country you’re operating from is generally a better fit than using a datacenter IP just because it’s considered “clean.”

RIght, fresh accounts can get extra scrutiny, Just focus on building the account history naturally and keep your business and billing details consistent.

Yes, Fresh accounts usually need more trust signals before they run smoothly because a complete business profile, proper tracking, and consistent setup can make the review process easier.

If Google requests identity or business verification, have your business license and passport ready; these must match the information on your payment account exactly.

Until recently, we used old accounts registered before 2015. Now the only thing that helps is the monthly ADS account farm.
