Hi everyone,

Im new to the forum, but recently joined because of issues, some of you might already have experience with.

I’m running White Hat advertising through an external agency ad account, but recently my personal Facebook profile got restricted by Meta for unknown reasons. Since I'm fairly new to the game, I didn't have any backup admin accounts connected to my Business Manager, meaning I just lost access to all of my business assets. (page and pixel)

Since im dropshipping, losing the assests is not the biggest issue, but losing the profile is. Now i need to build a new, stable infrastructure to connect my agency account again, so i can get back to advertising asap.

Im trying to build a structure with proxies, via Adspower, to sepparate my assets, using bought accounts like Reinstated profiles, with reinstated/Verified BM's. The profiles were from 2025 and the business manager was 1 month old.
But almost all of them got restricted after 1/2 days.

I don't want It to become a money pit, and I want to stop spending dozens of euros on new accounts that keep getting blocked right away, while not even knowing if it is the best way at the moment to do it, or if im doing it right.

I did some research, and I've heard about different options, like using aged profiles versus reinstated / verified profiles, or buying a separate Verified BM to host on a high-trust aged profile. Some even suggest just burning through cheap accounts in bulk. I’m completely lost on what actually works right now. And if i need an aged profile / BM what does Meta see as 'aged' 3+ Years? or older?

Since many of you have way more experience with Meta's current system, I want to get your honest opinion:
  1. Which profile combo works best? High-trust aged profiles (3+ years), identity-verified profiles (3-Line/902), or burning through cheap bulk accounts?

  2. What is the best BM route? Create a new BM on a bought profile, use a profile with an internal aged BM, or buy a separate external Verified BM?

  3. How to avoid instant checkpoints? How do you handle the initial login and password changes on bought accounts without triggering Meta Checkpoints?
I would love to get your thoughts on the best choice here, for a clean setup, since there are so many options out there, and i dont want to keep buying accounts that get restricted within a week.

Thank you guys already!

stop buying profiles and trying to work around the restrictions because that can make the setup even harder to keep stable if business is legit focus on recovering the original profile and setting up the business assets properly with real admins and backup access that gives you cleaner setup without depending on account that can disappear anytime

This is the current situation for everyone running Facebook ads: you should purchase "vias" (accounts belonging to real users) to manage your ad accounts. As for the ad accounts themselves, you should use ones that have an existing spending history (often referred to as "Scan" accounts).

Instant account restrictions are usually caused by datacenter proxies or fast action velocity during warm-up. Switch to residential/mobile 4G proxies, maintain clean anti-detect browser profiles, and let new accounts warm up organically for at least 10–14 days before scaling activity.
