Start by finding niche communities with lower subscriber counts rather than fighting the giants. Consistency matters more than volume, so engage genuinely with comments there to build trust quickly. Same with posting. A better strategy is just looking what sort of accounts post in those subreddits to see if u can post because most big subs have big karma, age reqs

Either try small, niche subreddits with little to no moderation, or try big subreddits with few moderators. Sort by New and try leaving useful comments; avoid posting threads at first. Do that once you are more established within the subreddit you are trying to stay active in. Also, check which addons/apps are installed on that subreddit. Some have bot bouncers and auto-moderators that often remove comments or mark them as spam automatically. It's better to avoid these subreddits at first because they mostly target new accounts. If you use an LLM to write comments, be careful: new add-ons check for AI content and automatically flag and remove it (most of the time). I'd rather write a genuine comment than copy-paste overexplained, pointlessly AI-written slop.

start from commenting on smaller or user friedly subreddits give helpful answer and try to avoid self promotion and build comment karma first
rather than going straight into the large subs I would opt to start with small and niche ones. Opt for “new” sorting, post some comments nd get your karma naturally. simply posting everything possible to gain karma won’t do any good at all.

Just start by commenting in smaller, beginner friendly subreddits related to things you actually know or enjoy..
Helpful, normal comments usually build karma faster than dropping links or trying to promote anything, and once you have a bit of history, more subs will let you post.

try to answer new questions in small subs rather than pursuing long threads and u may find that your early upvotes earn karma without appearing contrived

Start by joining smaller subreddits and contributing to discussions through helpful comments. Remember to follow each subreddit's guidelines and avoid spamming. Posting relevant and valuable content regularly can help you gain karma over time.

The best way to build Reddit karma is to become a useful member of communities you actually understand, rather than trying to game the system. Reddit says karma comes from upvotes/downvotes on your posts and comments, and it isn't a 1:1 conversion with upvotes.

Best way to increase the reddit karma is to posting in r/askreddit with interesting posting which work as bait to get more upvotes and replies.

You will need to build trust first by comment karma in unrestricted subreddits.
You might search for subreddits like r/AskReddit or r/CasualConversation by "Rising" and leave thoughtful, early replies. Once you have enough comment karma you will have the option to post.

When uhh try to make reddit weird, it actually turns out that way however, only answer questions on topics that you really knows about.
