First of all, congratulations on your first video! A lot of knowledge in there, and as someone that haven't seen a youtube video longer than 20 minutes in years.. I can say I found it really educated.
As a beginner in SEO that returns from 2020 era I have some questions..
1) Can you tell us some ways to use AI / LLMs in SEO?
For example, should I let AI write content? It's AI Generated content bad for rankings?
My approach right now is to feed LLM with keywords and topics and it creates the structure of the article, what the headlines could be, what to write about and so on.. Could you suggest some useful cases as I feel like I am using it wrong.
2) You mentioned that google is looking for the "perfect page". The perfect page is aligned with the Search intent of the users?
So if users looking for persian cats (history, health, financial obligations etc), then the perfect page must have those?
I am asking because my niche is a SaaS platform and all the competitors are writing Long technical Guides and they have good internal linking towards the money page with a 'book a demo' of the saas. So sometimes google in the first page have the money page, while other times the article guides.
Thanks, I appreciate that!
Whether content is AI or human won't affect the ranking.
2 things will:
1) The page is resolving the right things for the searcher
and
2) It does it in a way the reader enjoys. This is secondary, but if no one likes reading the content then it'll get bad signals. In general this just means the AI content should read well and focus on what the reader wants.
Yep the perfect page is why there's always so much shuffling during updates. It's not even the perfect single page they want, it's more that the serps represent the range of searcher needs, but if 1 page can do it more of that, it has an advantage.
They'll still pull in a page that's very specialist for a particular part of the searcher needs, like with what you saw with pulling the pet hospital for the health aspects, and they even pulled in a user experience post about living with persian cats on a farm I think it was.

That's not an easy problem to solve, and one I've been developing an automated solution for, for the past year.
