Meta ads for onlyfans

I want to scale Meta ads to bring in traffic for onlyfans. I'm curious if anyone can suggest ways around campaigns being flagged? I'm aware it's not the easiest content to promote and also even directing the traffic to Onlyfans needs a strong funnel.

Has anyone compared Meta traffic by actual subscriber quality rather than just CPA? I’m curious whether the cheaper traffic still holds up once you look at retention and LTV after the first subscription.
