Greetings! I am confused
I just read this

And then I clicked the button to submit the form
But now it says this
So my question is can new members post or not?
Sorry for inconvenience

Hey, you need to have atleast 15 post/replies to post in WTB/HAF. You can increase that by contributing in this forum but avoid spam and use multi quotation when replying to more people

Hi @bartt - your screenshot is from the update here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/change-log-behind-the-scenes-at-bhw.1268318/post-21281584 and it contains news about two forum updates.

To answer your question, a member still needs to have made 15 posts before posting a thread in the Want To Buy or Hire a Freelancer sections of the forum.

The second update, the section you've annotated with a line and arrow in your first image, refers to the process for Dispute Resolution - a member with less than 15 posts can submit the form for dispute resolution. Don't forget, this update doesn't change any of the rules or eligibility criteria for dispute resolution. Buyers must engage with the seller on BHW before buying to be eligible for dispute resolution. The rules can be found here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/dispute-resolution-rules-procedures.1246633/

We'll close this one now. Thanks for your contribution @MoMarketing
