That's why I mentioned above that the new thing about this downtime is that their website is down as well, which has never happened before. Their customers' servers/sites/... are down at the same time.
So I wonder what exactly happened, because in the past, when customers' servers were down, https://offshore-servers.com/ was still working fine.

Yes I don't recall seeing their own parent website down. Even if it's some sort of crazy infrastructure failure, I don't see why they wouldn't communicate in some capacity

They shutdown even their mails, all mails i sent yesterday i just got all reply from google "Mail Delivery Subsystem" that mails didn't even reach them

I wish if they just give us 1h-2h to download full backup of server! hopefully they can read this and do that for me, i don't need refund of remaining months

Yeah that would be nice, but I don't think they're going to answer anything. Very strange tho since their communication was always great. This one hurts man, I thought they would be around for a while..

same here, bro it's last thing i ever though will happen from them, to leave like this without any notice or just mail customer about situation so we can atleast download backup, anything else like refund i don't care abouti. man there was 2 suppor guy "Borid and Vlad" the best person i saw since i was using them, they fixed many issue in my dedicated server instantaly and many time for free. i dont really understand what just happen

I was talking to another service provider and they mentioned this is due to Russia's attack on Ukraine.
So I googled "russia attack ukraine data centers this week".
It seems there's no hope and we have to move on.

https://offshore-servers.com/ servers are located in Mosco/Netherland/Bucharest. not in Ukraina, if yes it was supposed to be down few days ago not yesterday, becausea ll affected hosting provider by russian attack in ukrania happened 4 days ago. and even so, they should updated their customer...
