Does having a bigger network actually help reach?

Let me clarify that LinkedIn algorithm does not prioritize engagement with a large network but with follower relevance and qulity.

A large network simply gives ur algorithmic performance a head start. small networks can still achieve reach if ur content maintains user engagement on the app to be honest. Engagement is always more important than number of followers.
larger network will gives u an advantage in terms of having a little better seed audience initially but the interest graphs make everything equal anyway. Small accounts get massive overnight too if they have great initial retention.

Yeah just post stuff that triggers shares, size matters less than viral angle
To my opinion, however, having a larger number of followers does make a difference although it is not everything. small page have also managed to achieve good result due to their appealing content.

network will probably help with the initial stage of exposure but once that is done the content alone will need to push the post forward. i have seen accounts that are much smaller getting a lot of coverage just bcz the post connects with its audience while other largger accounts receive minimal engagement for their posts.

Network size is helpfull but a small-sized account with solid early saves or replies or shares can beat a larger sized non engaging network pretty quickly.

a bigger network can give better starting point more people may see the post early but a smaller account can still get good reach if the content get enough engagement and people find it useful

Size doesnt gets u reach, but rather eyes. You could get more reach from your post through a small account with regular viewers compared to a large one with dead followers.
