What's going on with offshore-servers.com

everything is down this morning, even their website, no reply from their support as well

they shutdown ? or a raid ?
 
Yeah i know, hopefully they cna just reply to us here in this forum, because most of us join them through here

If server will be back and when or they are off permanently
 
Still not, i keep refreshing their website nothing, everything is down atm, i hope one of their stuff can update us here of what's happening
 
Very strange to be down for 4/5 hours with no update. These guys have been in business for a very long time
 
Yeah, I've been with them since 2019–2020 (Dedicated Server). I've never experienced downtime like this before, so I'm wondering what exactly happened. Hopefully, Boris/Vlad or someone from their support team can give us an update.

I've had downtime like this before on offshore-servers, it lasted almost a whole day but this kind of sucks as 80% of my domains go through them. Really hope they are not shutdown permanently. Hope to hear from them soon or at least I'll be happy if I can refresh and my domains come back online
 
I recall them being down for 4-8 hours before but they always had some form of communication. Do you ever recall them being down and zero communication?

IIRC, last time I couldn't get a hold of them until my websites were working again. Then I opened a ticket and they told me what had happened. But not sure if their parent domain was down, It was a few years ago when it happened.
 
As I said, I’ve been using them for 6+ years now without any issues at all. The downtime we had in the past was usually due to technical issues with their servers/providers, but at least their official website was always online, so you could create a ticket, ask what was going on, and of course, they would reply and explain the situation.

This time, it’s the same kind of downtime, but the only new thing is that their official website is down as well. There’s basically no way or place to contact them, so we can’t even find out what’s going on.

I really hope one of their support team members here can reply to us and at least let us know what’s happening.

I hope so. Normally, they have great support, so I don’t understand what exactly happened. Tbh, knowing how active and helpful their support usually is, and seeing that no one from their team has said anything, even on the forums, I’m honestly afraid that they may have permanently shut down. Hopefully, I’m wrong.
