thank you , to be able to use dispute in forum , should i stricly used dm , or i can comment and then send to the seller in telegram and it still counts

You can interact with a seller in their sales thread as well. If you want to talk to them further in private, just ask them to please DM you. If they don't want to, then its a red flag imo.
