Solid guide. One thing I keep hitting on ecommerce UGC-style clips:
Identity lock alone is not enough if the product changes. Faces stay consistent and the bottle or garment morphs by frame 3. For product ads I generate a clean still of the item first, then image-to-video with a short motion prompt (hand lift, slight turn) instead of asking the model to invent the SKU from text.
Also keep lighting boring and repeatable across a batch. Mixed rim lights look cool once and trash the whole ad set when you need 20 variants.
Clients pay for the boring consistency more than the flashy one-off.
