Yes, consistency plays a bigger role in my opinion. Timing can be tested, but when it comes to quality and audince reactions, that says more than anything else.

Yeah, exactly. Audience response is probably the best thing to watch, since every niche can behave a bit differently.

I think the best time depends a lot on when your own followers are actually online.

Yes timing matters but so does consistency what i will recommend check your insights and see which posting time gives you most views and try to upload on that time with consistency and make sure you are not going against your page theme.

Instagram has updates recently and I observed that posting time does not matters now. Just a few factors such as content quality and engagement over recency.

Timing can help the post get off to a good start, but honestly content is more important than timing. I just looks at when my followers are online and experiment around that tym.
