We want to clarify a few points because this post gives a misleading impression of what actually happened.
The delivery of a Google account normally takes around 1–2 business days because each order requires preparation of the infrastructure first. We prepare the setup, email and proxy, and only after that is the advertising account paired and delivered. This is not an instant account resale service.
Regarding the account restriction: we already explained this to you directly, and your own screenshots show that communication. No serious provider can guarantee that a Google Ads account will remain active 100% of the time, especially when a client is running BH campaigns.
What we provide and are responsible for is the account infrastructure according to the purchased service — including the applicable credit line, BOV and advertiser verification. Media buying, creatives, landing pages, campaign compliance and the way the campaigns are operated remain the client's responsibility.
If you are running BH, account stability also heavily depends on how the campaigns are managed. Google is extremely strict in this area. An agency account does not make campaigns immune from Google's enforcement.
Regarding the pricing: you onboarded with us under the pricing and package you agreed to. Only approximately one week later, you asked us to retroactively apply a special BHW offer because you said you had found us on BHW. That does not make sense - a promotional/community-specific offer cannot simply be applied retroactively after a client has already onboarded under different agreed terms.
We are happy to resolve legitimate service issues and continue providing the accounts and infrastructure included in your package, but it is important that the situation is presented accurately and with the full context.

This user has never worked with us or used any of our services.
He contacted us previously with requests we were not willing to accept, apparently involving highly questionable/scam-type offers, so we refused to work with him and blocked further communication.
Anyone can check his BHW posting history - a large portion of his activity consists of attacking different agencies, insulting people and spreading negativity.
Replacements ready in 2 hours, hope also other agencies are as fast as we are!

I genuinely would not recommend this client to any agency provider.
The issue here is not that the accounts were never delivered or replaced. The issue is that you repeatedly run campaigns that violate Google’s policies and then blame the account provider when Google takes action.
Your setup has had basic technical/compliance issues, and you clearly do not have the experience required to operate this type of high-risk advertising reliably. Google is extremely strict, especially with scam you trying to do. An agency account does not magically make policy violations disappear or guarantee that every campaign will run.
If you are running an offer that Google considers non-compliant, while the landing page, funnel and overall setup are not properly prepared, bans are an obvious risk regardless of who supplies the account.
You seem to have expected that purchasing an agency ad account would allow you to run whatever you want without restrictions or consequences. That is simply not how Google Ads works.
We provided the service and accounts as agreed. We cannot provide advertising skills, fix a client’s entire funnel, or guarantee approval for campaigns that violate platform policies.
Other providers should be aware of this before accepting you as a client.
