most times my posts are within the range of 3-5 posts per week based on what type of page it is nd how many posts i have to make. i have realized that posting consistently pays more dividends than posting every day. if the posts are rellevant followers will not feel that they are being spammed.
 
Typically, I post about two or three times a day. However, if there is exceptional, timely news, I might post three to five times, depending on the content.
 
Max of 1 to 2 posts per day. More than that will only trigger the content flooding penalty and cannibalises ur reach unless you are a meme farm.
 
I post 1-2 times a day. Prefer quality contents only.

I found that posting less and only throughtful content gets higher engagement and grow profile faster.
 
Quality over quantity always wins on facebook now. 1 to 2 high-quality posts a day is usually the sweet spot to stay relevant without annoying your audience.
