most times my posts are within the range of 3-5 posts per week based on what type of page it is nd how many posts i have to make. i have realized that posting consistently pays more dividends than posting every day. if the posts are rellevant followers will not feel that they are being spammed.
 
Typically, I post about two or three times a day. However, if there is exceptional, timely news, I might post three to five times, depending on the content.
 
Max of 1 to 2 posts per day. More than that will only trigger the content flooding penalty and cannibalises ur reach unless you are a meme farm.
 
I post 1-2 times a day. Prefer quality contents only.

I found that posting less and only throughtful content gets higher engagement and grow profile faster.
 
Quality over quantity always wins on facebook now. 1 to 2 high-quality posts a day is usually the sweet spot to stay relevant without annoying your audience.

I find keeping consistent is more important than trying to post daily. You can post a few times a week and analyze the result and reach before you think about posting more.
 
usually post around three to five times a week depending on the page and how much content keeping a steady schedule has worked better than posting every day and when the content is relevant people dont feel like they are being spammed

It's based on my free time,mostly it's like a thrice minimum in a week. It also based on the mood and the events occur in my real life. Mostly post when I went for any places and post in Facebook

The real question is how many quality posts you can create per week. Always quality over quantity.

I'd say 3 is the sweet spot
 
I think you should do 1 post/day. and pls note that prioritize quality over quantity, and consider interspersing this with reel to drive organic engagement without annoying your followers.
 
I am on AI niches and posting 5 days and no luck...and down views after 3000k and after tried automation using FB API it kills my pages not a single page.... Since that's a hobby project and I am very new to social media monetization still no luck for me SEO is much easier and understandable but I am still trying to figure out how some users get success with AI..

For your question for viral niches seems daily at least 3 posts for best time and it depend on the niche.
