So, it's about finding someone skilled who also fits the style I'm aiming for? That’s very practical.

making money with tiktok video edit can be done with using ai tool and video editing software which can cut and replace video content with new make content in making of another video, download of ready upload videos could be done using app to make download without watermark.

I’ve tried taking videos from other platforms before, but even with a watermark, I still got hit with copyright strikes and subsequently saw my reach restricted. So, I don't think this is a viable approach.

yes it's possible to make money from youtube shorts. there are some criteria to get monetization on your shorts channel. you have to complete 1k subscribers in a year and 10M views in 3 months. if you have patient and will power to do this, then it will be easy for you.

I’d start by learning short form pacing captions hooks and basic effects then build a small portfolio before looking for more editing clients

First, develop your skills in short-form editing such as reels/shorts, focusing on mastering pacing, captions, and hooks. Then, create 3-5 great samples and approach small content creators directly.

I’ve conducted some trials and have two clips to show, but I’m not yet satisfied with them. I think I need to refine my skills further.

I am aware of those requirements. I am already familiar with video editing applications. I just need to master them well enough to produce the results I want.

You should focus on making edits and cuts from longer video and adding music i see this works well for many. Also you may want to invest in capcut it should help speed up the procees but at the beginning you may want to start testing the niches

That is exactly what I need to do. I will start by honing the fundamentals. The hook is the most important point to focus on.

I am currently dedicating time to learning advanced CapCut techniques and syncing the music to the video's rhythm.

I just landed a video editing gig through an acquaintance and find the work quite interesting.
If I want to learn more about this field and make money from it, where should I start?

making money with TikTok video editing can secure using the app to promote editing tasking on a target profile with before and after editing video covered to sample for interest expose client. Although could develop website and promote the tasking with paid ads and other social apps.

That is a great start. Focus on mastering trending audio and fast-paced cuts since that is what drives engagement on TikTok right now. Keep practicing your timing and consistency. As for where to find work, i'd suggest contacting Twitch streamers or local companies that might benefit of TikTok promo

You can also repost videos to various platforms at the same time. This will help you reach as many people as possible if you have a recognizable , highquality style.

pick one editing style and spend some time getting comfortable with it make a few practice videos for your portfolio then take smaller jobs first and increase your rates as your skills improve

If I post on multiple platforms at the same time, do I need to link my accounts?

focus on one editing style first and practice until you get good at it then build a small portfolio with your best work start with simple jobs and raise your rates as you gain more experience

That’s a tough one, but if it’s your forte, it shouldn’t be a problem; you should take an advanced CapCut editing course to handle a wider range of requirements.

I would like to ask what the rate would be for a beginner like me. Since this is a job for an acquaintance, I am unsure if the pay will be commensurate with the work. I would appreciate some information on this?

That's true, but since the cost was low, I chose to learn for free from other creators on ytb. It’s actually really good.
