please visit your videos dashboard. then notice how your audience behave with your videos. look at your ctr and impression. you will find your problem there. for solving those problems you can uploads different niches video. do proper seo of every videos. add a thambnail in your video. add hook at your videos starting point.

even when you keep the same format performance can still change so compare ctr retention impressions and traffic sources with your older videos and see if the topic title thumbnail or viewer response is different

It might be because the new videos you are creating have less demand and search interest. People might not be interested in those topics.
 
To address this, pin the new video link to older videos that are getting a lot of views to direct the existing audience, while also refreshing the thumbnails and the first 3 seconds to avoid boring viewers.
 
Same format doesn't always mean same result. Check YouTube Studio for your old hits and see what got them going: the topic, the title, the thumbnail, and how long people watched. Old videos often keep getting views from search, while new ones depend on how many people click and stay in the first day or two.
If impressions are fine but clicks are low, the thumbnail and title need work. If impressions are low, the topic probably isn't matching what people are searching for.

I think you need to just keep posting, YouTube will retest your videos and rank them if they are good for your audience.
 
I’ve also experienced a similar situation. What I realized was that the content was the main issue. I looked at the types of content my viewers liked, changed my content strategy accordingly, and was able to solve the problem.
 
Yes, Old videos have existing engagement history you should try new hooks and check retention on recent videos.
 
I have same problem with young yt channel, and to say I am stupid to understand how to adjust niche and is it thumbnails really necessary to replace as never thinker is important.

This is actually YouTube prioritize audience choice. Your old videos get more views because audience search and interest. But your new videos not get much audience interest so that you didn't get much views on it.
 
Has the content of your videos been refreshed? It is possible that the new videos lack engaging content to attract viewers. You might want to try a different approach.
