Hi, my agency recently took on some clients that require GH / BH tactics. We move in the social spaces and I understand the advantages of renting or buying accounts. I have access to cloaking tools and adspower browsers. Are there any other tools I should be looking at as part of the stack?

Your stack covers the basics, but the weak point in most GH/BH setups is account quality and warming, not the browser or cloaking layer. For buying and scaling warmed accounts, pigbam.com is worth adding since it saves you the risky in-house warming phase that usually burns profiles early. Also consider a fingerprint checker like Iphey to verify each rented or bought account stays consistent across logins, otherwise your adspower profiles will still get linked.

In my opinion, there is no need to add anything further to it without reason. the system is quite well-equipped nd quality account with stability are always preferable than adding another browser/cloaker to it.

The search side of that stack is the part agencies leave out until a client asks why the cloaked page has no traffic. Adspower and cloaking cover the accounts. For anything that has to rank, what I run alongside is a set of buffer sites in front of every client property, EMDs or web 2.0s with real pages, and GSA SER off a verified list feeding those. The client site never takes an automated link, so if a buffer burns you drop it and the client never notices. Add XEvil for captchas and a VPS so none of it touches your office IP. That covers the ranking half of grey work, and it is cheaper than the account rentals.
