Can I get the blue verification badge on my second Facebook profile? The profile is fictional, with a fictional US-based farmer as the main character, and the content is focused on farming-related topics. I’m also using generated images for the profile.

Can a fictional profile like this still can buy the blue verification badge?

Meta verified badge actually requires your original name and profile picture to match with your government issued ID so you can not get the badge with different name and picture.

Unfortunately no. Meta needs real ID verification that matches the name on the profile. A fictional character + AI pics won’t get approved for the blue badge.

I don’t think so. Meta Verified requires identity verification, so a completely fictional profile could have trouble qualifying even if you’re willing to pay for the badge. A Page or clearly branded fictional persona would probably be more suitable.

I don't think so. it's very difficult to verify a fictional character who has absolutely no documentation.

If the farmer character you are creating has an identity document, your chances of successful verification will be higher.

the nature of the content being agriculture does not affect the process of verification. in case the profile owner is a made up person, then the identity veriffication process will most probably be the greatest challenge. i would not pay for verification in case i cannot verify my identity.
