Yes, there are drop issues at the moment, it’s not something we’re hiding. Unlike most panels, our drop rates are tracked and displayed live so users can see exactly how services are performing before ordering.
A lot of services across the market are currently experiencing heavier drops. Some we’re tracking are around 20%, while others are reaching 50%+. This particular new service was below 5% when we tested it, although performance can obviously change during platform updates.
Also worth mentioning that all the orders you have made for followers have gone to the same profile, which already has a relatively large number of followers from previous orders and different providers. Profiles like this can be hit harder during updates because removals can come from older orders made weeks or even months ago, not necessarily the most recent order.
Our drop tracking takes these losses into account regardless, so the stats users see reflect what is actually happening. If a refill is taking too long, we can also refund the affected amount.

Hello Sir - https://i.imgur.com/44hAs7N.png - we did not see a refund button on payzink(payment processor used to make payment)but they display refund balance in dashboard so its safe to assume they can refund it on their end. Will keep you posted on this. On the off-chance that they cannot refund payments, we would have to send a $5 payment instead of a refund. Do you have wise by any chance?
