I’ve been looking at a lot of new Web3 projects lately and see something interesting.
Some projects have thousands of Telegram members but almost have no conversation between announcements and community
For who has launched a token or worked on a crypto project

is the Telegram activitys actually affect project trust and conversion during a launch?

Do you actively manage conversations or mainly rely on announcements and moderators i want to learn something about it

Pretty much mandatory, especially for low cap coins, it’s a pretty easy & convenient way to build a community and keep everyone updated on launch times etc.

Hello Brother, From what I’ve seen, member count alone doesn’t mean much if the community is inactive. Genuine conversations, quick responses, and consistent moderator activity can build more trust during a launch than just posting announcements.

Member count means almost nothing now, anyone can buy 10k members for cheap and people know it. What builds trust is real activity in the chat (questions getting answered by the team, not just bots). A smaller group with actual conversation looks better than 20k silent members.
