Depends what kind of eSIMs they are. If they’re data-only travel eSIMs, there usually isn’t much to monetize directly besides reselling them or building some kind of travel/data service around them.

eSIMs with real phone numbers are gold for SMS verification services.
Your best play: set up an SMS receiving API (like 5sim or sms-activate) and sell verification codes for Instagram, Gmail, Telegram, WhatsApp account creation.
If your eSIMs are data-only (travel eSIMs), different story resell them or build a proxy network (residential 4G proxies sell for $3-5/IP/month).
