What's your main traffic source for a blog now?

The main source of traffic to my blog still comes from search engines, mainly Google and Bing. I don’t focus on social media traffic because it’s not very stable.

Google used to be the obvious answer but with social, reddit, pinterest and everything else i'm curious what's actually bringing visitors for you.
mainly use google discover and pinterest for traffic since organic searches is too inconsistent because of the core updates and such stuff.

the most traffic i get is from google but i have noticed increased traffic coming in from the social webssites. the surprising thing about this was that the traffic from well written articles in the correct forums was higher than that from my normal social posttings.

For me Google is still useful, but I think having different traffic sources is more beneficial at the moment. Social media can give a good spike and Pinterest, Reddit can keep giving you traffic. I would rather have multiple smaller sources than just Google for everything.

Google still brings most of my traffic, but I’ve been getting some decent visitors from social platforms too. Reddit can be pretty good when you find the right audience.

The best channel depends on the niche. Test a few, track conversions not just clicks and double down on where your audience actually engages.

Reddit and email marketing and then also some come from seo but my website is not a blog so there is this......

For me, organic search is still the main source but social and Reddit can bring surprisingly good traffic when the content is genuinely useful I prefer having a few steady sources rather than relying on one

Big source of traffic is still Google, but Reddit and Pinterest are worth trying too. I think it depends a lot on the topic.

I agree with Reddit and Google but i struggled with Pinterest, never really getting much traffic. What do you do to make pinterest work for you?

Prefer making paid ads to promote website for traffic’s in low keyword niches to achieve residual traffics. Methods are available to promote website content including comments on related questions and post on social media apps to generate more engagements on update post shared on profile posts.

Google is definitely less reliable now. For my sites, Pinterest is still the biggest driver if you stay consistent with fresh pins. But honestly, the main goal now is capturing those visitors into an email list so you aren't completely dependent on any algorithm.

i mostly get traffic from google and direct visits social media does bring some people in but the traffic there is not as steady for me

I have website traffic coming through SEO and social media promotion. I do not want to rely on a single source anymore.
