We are looking for someone with practical hands-on experience using the current generation of AI video tools.
This is a hands-on AI video/operator role requiring both technical ability and creative thinking. We are particularly interested in people who experiment, problem-solve and think outside the box rather than simply using default settings.
We already have the finished illustrated characters and artwork.
The requirement is to take an existing character and create short pieces of natural movement while preserving the original character design as closely as possible.
Typical examples would be:
• A kangaroo bouncing
• A bird wobbling / flapping
• A seahorse swimming
• Simple character movement based on a supplied motion reference
These are generally short 5–15 second sequences rather than complete animated stories.
We are particularly interested in people currently working with tools/workflows such as:
Hailuo / MiniMax
Kling
Seedance
Google Flow / Veo
Wan / ComfyUI
Vidu
or comparable current systems.
IMPORTANT:
Please send 2–5 examples of YOUR OWN previous work with your first message.
The most useful samples will show:
• Existing illustrated/cartoon characters being animated
• Good character consistency between frames
• Animal or mascot characters
• Image-to-video or motion-reference work
Generic AI cinematic videos, product advertisements or unrelated text-to-video samples are unlikely to be relevant.
Please also tell us which tools/workflow you actually use.
We will initially commission one small paid test.
If the results are suitable, there is a substantial ongoing project involving a large collection of original characters.
Thanks.
