I’m looking for an EXPERT with PROOFS (analytics from their previous clients, HQ videos and HQ top ideas) to create viral YouTube Shorts around my niche. You have full creative freedom and can use my footage, other videos, stock footage, AI-generated content, etc., as long as it fits the niche and follows YouTube’s rules.
If you are into "use proper hashtags, i'm SEO expert" forget about my request. I don't need a video editor, I need an expert and someone who already grow multiple yt channels.

You’re right — hashtags are nowhere near the main lever for Shorts.

1. I’d look first at the first 1–2 sec hold rate and where the first major retention drop happens.
2. Build the edit around pattern interrupts + open loops, then cut every section that doesn’t move the viewer forward.
3. Test the same topic with multiple hooks before judging the idea itself.

I’ve worked heavily on performance-driven content/ads, and the retention logic is very similar.
