What option you prefer in between these two for your websites ? Personally, I use blackhat SEO only for churn and burn websites but for long term websites, I only use whitehat seo.

I would go with whitehat for the long run as well blackhat is a great way to test things out but i prefer to work on a project that will grow organically which whitehat method has worked best for you lately?

Whitehat for any long-term site. I’d only use blackhat on churn-and-burn projects where longevity isn’t the goal. For money sites, I prefer building something that can survive updates.

What is BH and what is WH? Can anyone tell me the real difference?

As far as I know, ethically, if someone is purposely trying to build a link or promote something, it’s going to fall into the black or gray area where most of us stand.

If someone is genuinely sharing something, it doesn’t matter whether it’s on a forum, in a comment, d0follow, nofollow, contextual blah blah or whatever. If it’s natural and useful, Id call that clean....

So as far as youre into SEO and purposely building something, its probably black hat or gray hat to some extent.

Tbh..I’ve been building backlinks, doing research, and creating blogs with automation, and in the end, it’s worth it. You just have to follow a decent strategy instead of overthinking what hat it falls under.foe me it's always black hat lol and I am pretty sure people will try to rationalize hehehe

I prefer white hat seo everywhere

I see the main difference as the approach and risk label,
White Hat SEO focuses on useful contents, Technical SEO, Genuine relevance, and naturally aerned or properly qualified Links.

I don't care much anymore unless the black hat method is extreme. Everyone would eventually lose traffic either through loss position or Google strategically taking them away. So, what matters is traffic and revenue.

Long-term: stick to white-hat ->helpful content, crawlable structure/internal links, and normal discovery.

Churn-and-burn: if it’s purely temporary, risks are more acceptable; if a real business/brand is involved, avoid anything that looks like spam.

For long term projects, nothing shady
Just organic growth

It really does depend on what you are working on. for project that have some kind of ultimate purpose, then cleanlines is recommended, but for stuff you are just trying out, go wild.

yeah, that’s how i look at it too. for serious projects i keep things clean and repeatable, but experimeents are where you can test weird ideas without worrying too much.

For me, quality content, good on-page SEO, and relevant backlinks have worked best. I prefer keeping it simple and consistent for long-term projects.

i would say white hat improves the website for users while black hat tries to manipulate the ranking system.

I will choose whitehat SEO for the long term because, in my opinion it is better to do things gradually rather than constantly fear the fall in ranks what have been giving you good results recently?

Whitehat SEO would be my choice for any serious long-term project. Consistent growth and stability are more valuable than short-term ranking gains.

if you want to build a long running business you should do white hat...

For me, white hat is easier to manage because I do not have to keep worrying about every SEO update.

yes, for a long term project, I would prefer to make somethiing which stays alive even with the updates.fast gains in rankings are great but in most cases consistency is more important.

Man this is 100% spot on. Unfortunately a lot of people just don't get this and sit around overthinking about different SEO hats. Thanks to AI these days, automation is incredibly easy. Building a site, creating content, and building backlinks are all fully automated now, even if you have zero tech knowledge. So there is no need to worry about which hat you belong to. Just go out there and build some.
