Why don't you direct them to your assets, advertisements and payment gateways then? Whats the point in being able to make traffic, and then not build anything to convert? Nobody is going to give you magic money tree method. Its up to you to test and measure conversations with your site, don't you think?
Churn and burn works on cams, the payout just looks different. Disposable pages get you the signup revshare on a first deposit and thats it, no repeat, so I always went revshare on the tube and CPA-ish flows on the throwaway stuff. One thing that bit me: cam programs review traffic quality per source, and a burner domain sending a thousand junk clicks got the whole account flagged, not just that domain. Separate affiliate ID per network of pages if you can.
PPS pays faster yeah, but the ones I used had a quality bar, only signups that confirm mail and stay a bit counted, and burner traffic fails that a lot. Ended up getting scrubbed down hard on one network, the clicks were there and the payable leads werent. Worth asking the affiliate manager what their scrub looks like before you point volume at it.
