I've seen some people mention that ChatGPT Plus offers a free one-month trial in certain countries. Does anyone know which countries are eligible for this?

From what I've heard, some people are getting the offer by using a VPN, but I'm not really sure how it works. Has anyone actually tried this successfully? If so, could you explain how you did it?

Currently, I've found many VCC merchants on this forum, but most can't accept it. Either they don't sell small-value VCCs or license plate ranges don't work. The only platform I use is a card that requires company certification and registration

The offer is not available to everyone. OpenAI offers it to selected users based on their activities, usually when trying out codex.
