Hello, I’m trying to create a new email account, but I keep being asked to complete additional verification, such as verifying a phone number or receiving a security code at another email address. Are there any email providers that allow you to create an account without requiring these types of verification?
What email service can I use that doesn't require verification

It's been quite some time, but I think GMX didn't require any secondary email, and most definitely didn't have phone verification.

If you are trying to keep privacy, be aware registering for GMX mail will probably auto fail if you are using a VPN

If you are looking to create a new email acc without phone verification, Gmx and Mail doesn't require phone verification or sometimes are skippable.
No problem
