Crash Games Funnel: From Click to First Deposit

Crash traffic is often described as good at grabbing attention but weak at converting. In practice, most of the drop happens somewhere between the creative and the deposit — and it's rarely where affiliates think it is.

The 7 steps, and what breaks at each one
Creative → Click → Pre-landing Page → Registration → Cashier → Deposit Attempt → FTD

Each transition is a separate conversion point:

• Creative → Click — weak visual hook, cluttered layout, CTA that doesn't land. Watch CTR and CPC.
• Click → Pre-lander — the creative promises one thing, the page shows another, or it simply loads too slowly. Watch bounce rate.
• Pre-lander → Operator — unclear CTA or too many steps before the redirect. Watch CTR to operator.
• Operator → Registration — complicated onboarding. Watch registration CR.
• Registration → Cashier — long forms, early OTP/KYC, missing local payment methods. Watch registration-to-cashier CR.
• Cashier → Deposit attempt — high minimum deposit, confusing bonus terms, awkward cashier flow. Watch cashier visits vs deposit attempts.
• Deposit attempt → FTD — payment rejections, redirects, unfamiliar payment flow. Watch FTD CR.

Creatives: what actually works for Crash

A big bonus number shouldn't be your main hook — the game mechanic itself is a stronger one.

• Gameplay for audiences already familiar with Crash: multiplier rising → decision point → cash out.
• Explainer for colder traffic: one scenario only — place a bet, watch the multiplier, decide when to cash out.
• Real emotion — the tension before cashing out, the reaction to a win. It communicates the pace of the game in a couple of seconds.
• Recognisable games help users grasp the mechanic faster. 1win runs its own Crash titles — Lucky Jet, Rocket Queen, Rocket X — which work well as a visual anchor.

Localisation beats a universal creative. A setup that performs in one GEO can die in another.

Pre-landers: when they help, when they hurt

A pre-lander earns its place with cold traffic from native, push or pop, or when users need context before registering. Three formats worth testing: explainer (one mechanic, one visual, one CTA), game-specific (same game the user clicked on), and payment-focused (deposit methods, currency, minimum — where that matters for the GEO).
If the audience already knows the game and is ready to register, an extra step only adds drop-off.

Six rules for optimising

1. Break the funnel into stages — don't judge by CPA and FTD alone.
2. Track CR on every transition, not just the ends.
3. Segment by GEO, source and creative. Campaign averages hide the difference between a strong setup and a dying one.
4. Change one element at a time, or you won't know what moved the numbers.
5. Work separately with registered non-depositors — it's not the same segment as cold retargeting. Their barriers are payment methods, trust, the offer and minimum deposit.
6. Scale only a stable funnel. More traffic into a leaking funnel just buys more lost conversions.

Bottom line

If one stage underperforms, adding traffic won't fix it. Find the leak first, then scale.

1) RevShare applies across all GEOs, starting at 50% of GGR and going up to 60%. It's our standard entry level, not a bonus tier — where you land within that range depends on traffic volume and player quality.

2) Hybrid is available in all GEOs. We agree it individually with your manager once you've started running on CPA or RevShare.

3) No admin fee is deducted.

4) Yes, we pay in fiat, including bank transfers. Bank cards, e-wallets, crypto and local payment systems are also available depending on the GEO.
