That’s right. Small communities will click on your links. Spamming with DA will just waste your time.
white hat marketing using a new domain is just plain torture. begin by releasing something useful such as data or little tools otherwise, your pitches will be considered spam.

Yeah, targeted outreach is definitely more effective than spamming hundreds of websites. Some good connections will surely give you the chance to get placed again and again.
