From my perspective, the traditional SEO will develop into an artificial intelligence search technique by 2030.

Ai entity optimisation, AI agent optimisation, and AI visibility are some of the elements that will gain relevance in this context.

The goal will be to ensure that brands are recognized through AI search engines.

I don't think there will be one technology that becomes more advanced than SEO and replaces it completely.
The bigger change is probably what we are optimizing for. right now we mostly optimize for Google rankings and clicks. with AI search, some of that is changing toward getting your site mentioned, cited or used in the answer even when the user never visits your website.
So SEO may still exist in 2030, but the goal may be much bigger than just ranking #1 on Google.
Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude etc.. will all be another place where you need your business/content to be visible.

AI bubble is soon going to burst.
Like dot com bubble which gave us internet.
What's left of ai bubble burst is the thing we need to look forward to. How we can utilize it to make traditional seo better.

The structure of links may change, but links will continue to connect entities, relevance, and authority. Thats what makes the future of seo so interesting, how those connections will be understood by ai.

I can see this happening too. SEO probably won’t disappear but the focus may shift more toward entities, AI visibility and how well AI systems understand a brand.

I agree that AI-driven search will become a bigger part of SEO. Entity optimization and AI visibility seem especially interesting it will be interesting to see how traditional SEO adapts as AI search becomes more common.

While I concur with the opinion that all the hype might die down, it’s important to note that AI is not going anywhere. It’s the actual chance to use AI to enhance conventional SEO practices.

While AI might alter the evaluation of links, relevance in relation to topics and authoritative websites is going to remain significant.

I think the bigger shift will be from optimizing pages to optimizing how information is understood and retrieved. Search won’t disappear, but the places where people discover a brand will keep expanding. Being easy to Recognize across those systems may matter more than chasing one ranking position.

I believe the future is not so much about determining individual page rank, but rather about creating clear entity, topic, and brand signals that are easily recognizable and reliable for AI.

The classic SEO practices will still be valuable, but AI visibility will be another valuable component on top of them.

Absolutely right. It’s not going to disappear. Instead, entity authority, relevance, brand mentions, and AI visibility will join the ranks of rankings and backlinks.

It is my personal opinion that AI Search will undoubtedly continue to become even more integral to SEO the entity optimization aspect of SEO using AI technology is fascinating however it will also be intriguing to see how SEO evolves alongside this.

AI visibility will probably become another layer rather than completely replacing SEO since brands still need strong content and authority behind the scenes

I think SEO will stay, and people will continue using AEO and GEO for AI visibility, and in that case, brand mention across various trusted sources will be more important than ranking the page.

That’s right. The old system still counts, but in the new world of AI, visibility is all about recognition, authority, relevance, and consistent mentions not where that particular page ranks.

Excellent take. We are moving from the era of "search volume" to the era of AI Share of Voice (SoV).
By 2030, traditional on-page tweaks won't move the needle if your brand lacks Entity Authority. AI models rely heavily on cross-referencing information across multiple platform nodes (Reddit, Wikipedia, niche authority hubs, and corporate records). The winners of the next decade will be the marketers who understand how to feed these large language models high-quality, structured, and undisputed factual data about their businesses.

Yeah... seems SEO moving in that direction. Traditional SEO still be core of evrythng, but ai visibility, entity optimization, nd discoverability could become another layer on top of it. anyway ai will carry out old fundamentals into their ecosystms .

I think AI driven search and entity optimization will become increasingly important especially as people rely more on AI assistants for discovery Traditional SEO will likely remain relevant but the focus may expand toward visibility across multiple search systems.

Traditional search is rapidly evolving into Generative Engine Optimization, precisely as predicted. By 2030, the industry will shift away from relying purely on traditional backlinks and guest posts, moving instead toward entity recognition, training AI models to recognize your brand as a trusted source.
