Can anyone help fix this issue? Almost all of the ad accounts are not spending at all, even though the campaigns have high budgets. We’re also experiencing this error. I need to find a way to fix these issues. Can anyone share a solution with me?

Sounds like trust score issue, not budget, check payment and policy flags.
