After receiving the Business Manager, it's best not to rush into any major actions on it; instead, let it "rest" for 5-7 days. This especially applies to changing admins, deleting access rights, etc.

• After purchasing the Business Manager, leave it alone for about 7 days.
• After the resting period, begin the main actions: create an advertising campaign, add new admins, etc.
• Remove unnecessary admins from the Business Manager.
• Avoid using JavaScript scripts or similar solutions, such as Smith, for BM invites.

However, "resting" alone is not a panacea. If you continue to load the Business Manager with questionable scripted requests, add unreliable admins, and perform other risky actions, the outcome will be the same: the Business Manager will sooner or later be banned.

Exactly.

Letting a new BM settle before making major changes may help with troubleshooting, but there’s no guarantee that waiting 5–7 days prevents restrictions. Keep access limited to trusted users, avoid unnecessary changes, and follow Meta’s policies.

Yeah, with Meta having issues recently there's no waiting time guarantee.

Yes, Facebook has recently become very quick to flag activity as "unusual" and impose restrictions. It is always necessary to "warm up" an account before performing any actions. furthermore, administrators should ensure they are operating from a "clean" IP address to avoid the risk of sudden restrictions.
