Hi guy

Go to Facebook’s hacked account recovery page. Use the phone or browser you normally use to access Facebook. Then follow the recovery steps, and if possible, secure your email account first. I hope if you follow these few steps, Facebook will probably no longer ask for videos for verification.

Worth try Facebook’s hacked account recovery and secure your email because repeated video verification can happen until the account is fully verified.

Facebook has recently tightened its profile-related policies, so that serves as a safeguard for the account; I don't think it's something that can simply be bypassed. If the account is yours, you should be able to recover it, though it admittedly takes quite a bit of time

Facebook has tightened its policies; you can still recover your account, but it will be very time-consuming.

meta is strict because of the huge amount of users. they give first priority to their rules and policies. set up 2 step verification on your account and gmail. after setup this, if you face the same problem then, please contact with meta help team to solve this problem, or email them with your details.

That sounds frustrating, especially after getting hacked. Before submitting the video again, I'd make sure the email is fully secured and remove any unknown sessions or devices first. Otherwise Meta may keep seeing activity it doesn't recognize and trigger the verification again

Change your password, delete unknown sessions and devices, enable two-factor authentication (2FA), and use Facebook's official hacked account recovery process

Hola, I've been in this situation before..
In order to break this problem, you should log in exclusively from a primary device and browser that was historically used before the hack, connected to a clean home Wi-Fi/residential IP (turn off all VPNs or proxies).
Once you logged in, clear all unrecognized active sessions under Security Settings, set up 2FA via an Authenticator App, and leave the account completely untouched (no posting or settings changes) for 48 to 72 hours so the security risk score resets

I performed those steps right after recovering my account, but Facebook kept demanding verification repeatedly afterward.

please stop taking any action for 24 hours, Repeatedly resending spam causes your account to be flagged as abnormal and repeatedly locked

I've recovered my account, but it seems Facebook still suspects my account isn't secure.

Are you logged in on multiple devices? Because if your IP address gets flagged unexpectedly, Facebook will repeatedly trigger verification checks.
