Absolutely worth it. It’s never too late to invest in yourself, and regretting later in life that you never took the plunge is much worse than doing it in the first place.
Also from personal experience studying in your 30’s genuinely makes no difference compared to before, it just means you’re wiser and more mature in how you handle the task at hand.
Personally, I think it’s a misconception that people can only learn online if they’re “young”—that is, under 30 y/o.
To give a simple example close to home, my sister runs an online English school, and most of her students are over 40. After administering a placement test, she—as a competent professional—takes a personalized approach to each student, provides them with the course they need, and they’re extremely satisfied with the results because they’re able to put what they’ve learned into practice.
My main point is: of course, study. Pick a couple of courses that you need right now (but don’t overdo it—don’t try to be Julius Caesar and take four or more at once)
Most importantly, you’re motivated to learn, which means the only motivation left is to be motivated enough to find the right teacher for you.
All the best to you, and good luck with your studies.
