Daily story postin seems to keep the algorithm favorin your profile more overall honestly interactive stickers in stories bring way more replies then comments on reels typically do. Both formats needed tbh reels handle reach n stories handle actual relationship buildin.

Yes, definitely. I think Stories are still useful, especially for keeping existing followers engaged and helping clients retain the audience they already have.
For gaining new followers, I’d focus more on Reels and other content with better reach. Stories are more about retention and engagement.

Instagram stories only help on engage not growth,it shares notifications among ready profile followers which interest some to visit page for engage on upload content. Uploading of content or reels are more effective in profile growth to generate more new page viewers to follow and engage with quality content reachout.
