Instagram engagement?

Are you sure you have tried everything, I would ask myself what is the one thing i so like about my content that i dont want to change it at all. most probably that is your weakest point, something holding you back. i would suggest completely switching to a different alter ego and create content from that place. secondly, instagram is favouring content that gets reposted shared and saved so something to look into.

I would advise you to purchase the Meta verified badge, as it can help you grow and gives a lot of benefits. I tried it on my account, and it worked very well. After getting that badge, keep uploading relevant reels daily.
 
I think you should create really engaging hooks or make them as intriguing as possible. Your view counts will improve.
 
Stop trying everything at once. Pick one content format, improve the first 2 seconds, and track saves, shares, and comments for 2–3 weeks. If people aren’t responding, change the content—not just the posting frequency.
 
concentrate on catchy reels, normal posts (photos) are not what they used to be...
 
Please choose a topic that you feel you do best at and focus on creating highly practical videos to encourage the audience to share and save them.
 
You can increase your engagement by consistently posting reels around 3-5 reels a day and focus on a niche that makes people wanna share the video to they're friends.

Try testing different Reel hooks and posting times. Focus on content your audience actually engages with.
