Hey everyone, I’m running a small PPC campaign and my CTR is around 5%, which seems pretty good. But I’m getting zero conversons on the landing page.
I’m not sure if I should focus on improving the landing page copy or if the traffic quality could be the problem too. How wuld you guys check what’s causing this?

5% CTR only tells you people are clicking, not that they are interested enough to convert. The next thing to check is what happens after the click.

Before changing the landing page make sure that you are getting the right visitors.
Check search terms, targeting, location, device, and whether the ad matches the landing page.
Sometimes we target locations and audience which is not even related to our landing page.

the best suggestion i can give in this AI world right now is, first ask your Ai questions regarding how to target you destined audience.
Then give it your landing page. ask it for improvements. then ask for other improvements like terms etc.

Check your traffic first with analytics. See bounce rate, time on page and user behavior. If people leave quickly then landing page might be the issue.

you should check the traffic quality first by looking at the search terms, audience targeting, and bounce rate. Then test the landing page's headline, CTA, and overall user experience to see if there's anything stopping conversions.

Compare the traffic by device, location, and keyword. One segment may be getting clicks but no conversions.

Before changing too much, make sure the conversion tracking is working correctly. Otherwise you could be getting conversions that are not being recorded.

If the campaign has enough clicks, test a second landing page before making major changes to the whole campaign.

5% CTR is not bad, but zero conversions can be from traffic or landing page. Check your search terms and where the clicks are coming from first. Then test a different landing page and compare.

It may very well be the landing page; however, I would want to verify traffic quality, targeting, offer, and conversion tracking before making that assumption.
