I'm using Facebook ads for Adx arbitrage now I want to test Push Ads....

I'm using facebook ads for Adx arbitrage but traffic cost is very high due to bot filtration. Is there any good Push notification Ads network that provide less bots because I read about Propeller Ads that they have mostly bots in their traffic.

try one of these, RichAds, EvaDav, RollerAds, or Mobidea Push.
my advice? set frequency capping so you dont show same ad to same person per day, and watch click-to-session-time in your tracker as real person take few seconds to land and scroll...
