If you really really have to, don't ever use ones online, you don't know if the original images are being kept on their servers.
Nowadays it's easy to just set one up yourself, Qwen and Flux does this and in my experience only really requires 8gb vram. Very useful not just for things you mentioned, but actual productive stuff like removing backgrounds, removing unwanted things in a photo like a crowd, adding details, adjusting lighting, color grading, etc.
Be aware that Qwen generates "plastic" if it has to invent things you want to put, so instead give it a reference to combine - for example, if the subject is holding a generic bottle and you change it to a branded shampoo, you provide both the subject photo and the shampoo bottle and prompt to combine it so the subject is holding the shampoo bottle instead.
Pretty much photoshop/lightroom for lazyasses like me.
A newer version of Qwen also released, but IDK if it does NSFW, never tried, but I'm pretty sure the older versions, or at least abliterated versions of them do.
