Registering expired domains

I'm currently scraping domains to register, and redirect to my money site.
How does one deal with registering large numbers.
Up to now I've been registering on different platforms, it's hard to keep track.
Does anyone use one single registrar?

Using one reputable registrar simplifies renewals, DNS and tracking, but keep an external spreadsheet with domain history, expiry dates and redirect targets. More importantly, only redirect clean, relevant domains because bulk unrelated redirects usually add risk rather than value.
 
Use one registrar with a good API and bulk tools like Namecheap, and keep a simple sheet tracking domain, expiry, and redirect target so nothing slips.
 
One registrar is much easier when you have many domains. A simple spreadsheet for renewals and redirects should be enough to keep things organized.

Any risks associated? I see cloudflare uses 1 nameserver so Im not keen on that. What steps do people take

The main risk is a single point of failure if the registrar account gets suspended or compromised. Use hardware 2FA, a separate secure email, registrar locks, backup codes and external DNS records, and consider keeping your most important domains with a second registrar.
 
For larger expired domain batches, using one registrar with bulk search, registration & domain management makes tracking much easier, keeping domains in organized folders tags & maintaining a simple spreadsheet for expiry, dns & redirect status also helps
 
I do keep the setup centralized. One registrar makes billing and renewals easier to manage, while a simple spreadsheet can track each domain, expiry date, DNS status, and purpose. Once the portfolio grows, good organization becomes more important than using multiple registrars.
 
You can keep all access data in spreadsheet, also you can just vibecode simple data updating to it and track all you need, keep certs alive its important.

nd from experience, the biggest hassle is not in registering them but in managing what was reggistered nd its expiry dates. i would use only one registrar for the majority of them nd a spreadsheet to manage them based on domain names, expiry dates nd redirects. as the list grows, it becomes extremely helpful.
 
For bigger lists, one main registrar is much easier. Keep a simple sheet with domain, expiry, DNS and redirect status. Also separate the important domains so one account issue does not affect everything.
 
I usually keep everything on Namecheap or Cloudflare to make managing them easier. Bulk management gets messy really fast if you spread them across too many registrars.
