Does anyone know how to use an advertising account safely? Right now, I can't do anything at all.

Currently, the proper way to use the account is to first create an engagement campaign to warm it up, and only then launch lead generation campaigns.
 
what have you done and what happened afterwards?

I tried posting the nature campaign first, but my account was immediately disabled after I posted the main campaign.

I can't seem to publish my ad campaign; are there any methods or tips to get it approved by Facebook?

i have seen people with the same problem recentlly. first i would look into the account quality, mode of payment, nd policy restrictions. i would also not make a lot of changes at once. sometimes waiting also makes a difference.
 
It seems like Facebook is experiencing a system glitch. many people are facing the same issue as you. Just wait it out and don't try any "hacks" that might make the situation worse.

this time, facebook is very sentitive. Your ads need to adhere to facebook's policy. You can also warm up account before launching.
 
Same problem happened in my side and my customers as well,
Do you change your details in ads account or leave it?
I try for a lot of way but account still dispended a lot, like 9 out of 10, even 10 on 10... so lost
 
You should use accounts that already have a spending history.

If your ad account is restricted, you should first check the reason and the account status in Ads Manager. Avoid rushing to run large budgets or making too many changes at once. Instead, start with a small budget, use verified payment and business account details, and fully comply with advertising policies to minimize the risk of further account disablement.
 
For Meta specifically getting restricted right away usually comes down to the environment and the payment setup. Make sure you're using an anti-detect browser with clean residential proxies matching the account's country, use a card that matches the billing name, and avoid aggressive scaling or changing details right after logging in.
