My ad account keeps getting suspended.

Even if I change the proxy and IP address, my ad account gets suspended immediately. Changing the BC doesn’t fix it either. Has anyone else experienced this? I run financial ads. And if video cloaking is necessary, I need advice from people with experience on how to do it.

even with a different device and ad account?
 
I’ve seen this with financial campaigns, and changing proxies, IPs, or Business Centers usually doesn’t solve the underlying issue. TikTok can flag the advertiser, domain, creative, or financial offer itself, so I’d check exactly what the suspension notice is citing first. I wouldn’t use cloaking to get around the review either, as that can make the account harder to recover. We’ve had better results fixing the compliance issue and getting the business/domain properly verified.

Yeah, but it depends on how your account is set up. I would look into the billing setup prior to launching the campaign to avoid any surprises.
 
This situation is very common,The old video has already been blacklisted. AI can scan the Hash code, images and audio of that video.

I got suspended even though I used new, non-provocative material

But if we don't change the proxy, wouldn't this keep happening? Then, do we actually have to try it with a new machine and a new IP?

Do you think this situation will get a bit better after some time, or will I have to deal with a new problem?

Forget cloaking for now that only matters after ads are actually active. If a new BC and clean videos still get hit immediately the bot is catching your landing page or the pixel before anything goes live. Financial stuff gets domain flagged constantly, launch something basic to a completely fresh url with no shared assets, just to see if the setup itself can even survive review
 
If it gets suspended that quickly I’d first look at the account history and ad setup rather than just changing the IP or proxy
 
If multiple accounts within your pool are getting hit it usually points to a fingerprint leak somewhere within your config, the accounts are getting connected.
