Hello everyone!

I am planning to start working on a new faceless YouTube channel in May 2026 and I have a few questions.

Can we create videos for almost any niche by combining ChatGPT with Higgsfield? If yes what does the overall workflow look like?

Also approximately how much investment would be required for this method including the necessary AI tools and other expenses?

If anyone is already using this workflow I’d really appreciate it if you could share your experience and estimated monthly cost.

Yes the workflow is possible for many niches avoid fully automating everything ChatGPT can help with research/scripts while Higgsfield can handle parts of the visual production editing fact checking and quality control still matter.

some niches are much easier for faceless content than others tutorials and storytelling seem easier than anything requiring heavy original footage.

I think it could work, but YouTube has been cracking down on mass-generated AI slop lately. If possible, try to add some genuine human element to the videos, it’ll make them feel more authentic and less like fully automated content.

We’ve used a similar AI workflow for faceless content, and yes, it can work across a lot of niches. I’d use ChatGPT for research/scripts and Higgsfield for visuals, then add editing, voiceover, and human quality control before publishing. chatgpt and higgsfield are great for faceless videos. but doing it manually will be time consuming.

you can get custom automation for this where you can scale video production and run everything easily.

Absolutely bro automation can save a lot of time. If the workflow is set up properly video production can be scaled easily as well. What kind of automation are you talking about?

We can create faceless videos for loads of niches using chatgpt for scripts and higgsfield for visuals, but the editing and storytelling still matter alot. start with niche research, generate scripts, create scenes, add voiceovers and edit everything before uploading. Costs depend on how many videos we make and which plans we use, so start small and test the workflow before spending big.
