I have bulk list with advanced filter high quality backlink list so how many should I submit in a day?? It's 5 okay??

No mam I don't have competitors in my area and other urban areas there r some but they r not that high. So u can say there is no competitors

So i just want to know can I make atleast 5 backlinks a day?

You can make atleast 5 per day, yes, stop after a week and see the results, if all good continue.

5 a day is safe imo. too many at once look spam to search engines so keeping it slow is best.

It depends on the quality of the links and your website's current backlink profile. I wouldn't focus on a fixed number like 5 per day so start gradually and monitor how your site responds.

There’s no fixed number like 5 or 10 per day.
What matters more is whether the links are getting indexed and helping Google discover and crawl your pages naturally.
